The sale of a home was no simple feat, in the pre-pandemic period. So, just imagine having to unexpectedly sell your home in the midst of the pandemic and lockdown restrictions in February 2021 because your life circumstances change. I had so many needs ranging from a den for work and meditation, a kitchen that was functional and a view that would be breath-taking. Our first offer didn’t quite work out the way we wanted it to, which obviously resulted in a sense of disappointment. Majury didn’t falter; she pushed full steam ahead knowing the sense of defeat that I was feeling. She found the perfect property, delivered on every single demand! Even then, she wasn’t done. She handled negotiations with my landlord’s agent seamlessly. It was quite an experience to witness, because throughout the process, I truly felt like I had an advocate in my corner.
